After landing
There're some procesdures that you need to do after you arrive Haneda airport.
At 2023.4, there's some process and getting changed include quaranrtine.
You can come into Japan with 3 steps.
1.
Go through quarantine area.
2.
Show your passport at Immigration.
3.
Declare at customs inspection.
Get your lagguges.
Recently 1. is changing all the time.
So if you were lost, you can ask staffs wearing bibs.

Waiting place at the airport
If you get to Haneda airport at midnight or early time,
maybe you can't use train to go to the city of Tokyo.
And it could difficult to find place because there're few spaces in the airport.
In this article, I won't mention using a taxi or a bus..
Where can you stay ?
There're chairs at 2F and 3F.
And you can also go to 4F and 5F.
The space of 4F and 5F are small but you can sleep a bit because 2F and 3F are brighter all the time.

How to get from Haneda airport to Tokyo city?
If you use train from Haneda airport to the city.
you take about 45mm-60mm and 500-800yen.
If you use taxi,
you take about 30mm and 9,000-10,000yen.
If you use bus,
you take about 60mm and 1,000-2,000yen.
There're some bus but since COVID came out, many bus companies disappeared.
So I recommend you use trains.
And yahoo train app is very popular and useful.
